The third trimester marks the home stretch for your pregnancy. You may feel more uncomfortable now as you continue to gain weight. You also may have false labor contractions (called Braxton-Hicks contractions).
You may notice some or all of these changes during this last trimester, according to the National Women's Health Information Center:
Heartburn
Slight swelling of your ankles, fingers and face; if the swelling is sudden or extreme, call your health care provider immediately
Hemorrhoids
Tender breasts
Sleep difficulty
