Keep Weekend Fun Safe

A weekend football game with friends in the neighborhood park may be fun, but you should keep safety in mind. To reduce the risk for serious injury, wear helmets and shoulder pads, and play touch or flag football instead of tackle football. Warm up before playing and stretch after playing.
